• Only one (1) sample pack sent per child per household. Repeat addresses will not be entertained
• Only available for completed information submission from residents within Malaysia
• Incomplete information will be invalid and not be entertained
• Repeated request for sample from the same household for the same child within 6 months will not be entertained
• Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
